Hilton Garden Inn Shenzhen Nanshan Science and Technology Park is located in the Shenzhen High-tech Industrial Park, adjacent to core business and leisure districts like Houhai Headquarters Base, Shenzhen Bay Port, and Overseas Chinese Town Resort. It is also surrounded by internet companies such as Tencent Binhai Building, Baidu International Building, and Alibaba Operation Center. The hotel includes 285 guest rooms and apartments, offering a panoramic view of the Bay Area in the urban district of skyscrapers. Surrounded by the CBD buildings and fast-paced urban life, the hotel provides a rather quiet and elegant place. Countless dream-seekers being here makes Shenzhen full of possibilities. However, the nighttime data of software such as Uber and takeaway orders indicates the long night of this city. People are constantly working overtime and being overwhelmed for a long time. They think about dreams and the future but also look for a utopia where they can pause and rest for a moment.
Gardens appear in all utopian places in people’s dream. The garden allows us to dream of a better world.
If Utopia, a non-existing place, is regarded as a real place, then the garden is the place that turns reality into dreams.
From the perspective of the brand, the hotel is like a wonderful enchantment in the city. It is not a superficial statement of "shielding the noise of the city", but a secret garden from the bustling and crowded flow of the city, which is more surprising than complete isolation.
We attempt to build gardens in cities and use the senses to bring spiritual comfort. The rise of modern cities forces people to distance themselves from nature. However, gardens become a miniature utopia of peace and beauty.
As a place of fantasy and joy, the garden narrates both nostalgia for what has been achieved in the past and expectations for what may never be achieved in the future.
